The work doesn’t stop when the machining is done. At R&R Manufacturing, we realize that there a number of outside operations that parts must undergo before they are ready to ship to the end user.

From heat treating and grinding, to plating, powder coat and more, we can coordinate all aspects of your finish work which saves you the hassle of tracking down individual vendors, and allows for “one-stop shopping” when you have your parts made through R&R Manufacturing.

Below, you’ll find a number of the value-added services that we are able to facilitate through close relationships we have built with industry professionals over the years, helping to ensure that our customers get high-quality finishing operations at affordable rates and with quick turn-arounds

Common Operations After Machining:

• Heat Treat: vacuum and endothermic heat treating, induction hardening, annealing
• Precision and Grinding: hold incredibly tight tolerances with CNC grinding (small batch or production quantities)
• Black Oxide: a controlled rust to darken and protect steel components
• Anodizing: an electrochemical process that converts the metal surface into a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant, anodic oxide finish (clear, blue, black, red, gold)
• Plating: a wide assortment of finishes available (zinc, copper, chrome, nickel, silver, tin, chromate, and more)
• Powder coat/sandblasting: Powder coating is a high-quality and long-lasting surface finish that serves as a more robust and resilient alternative to wet painting. Sandblasting services are also available to strip or prep components.
