R&R Manufacturing is a family-owned machining operation founded by Bill Rosenberger and located in Hillsboro, Oregon.
Built on a foundation of strong relationships with both colleagues and customers alike, R&R has proudly employed three generations of Rosenbergers and is currently led by father and son. The R&R team is made up of talented machinists and manufacturing professionals who know the industry inside and out, and who enjoy making quality parts for valued customers.
R&R does work for a wide variety of businesses in fields like mining, farming and logging, as well as individual clients with custom projects such as jewelry, auto parts, logos/signage and more. R&R customers can be found throughout the Portland Metro Area (including but not limited to Beaverton, Sherwood, Tualatin, Tigard, Forest Grove, Cornelius), and we also do work for partners across the nation/globe.

With over thirty years of industry experience under his belt, Bill opened R&R Manufacturing in 2007 and has grown the company to what it is today. He has created a workplace that fosters collaboration and communication, and his dedication to customer satisfaction has helped set R&R apart from its competition. When Bill isn’t busy running the business, he enjoys trips to the Oregon Coast and spoiling his grand children.
Barb Rosenberger
Co-Owner and Company President
Barb keeps the R&R train running. Whether she’s paying the bills, tracking finances or processing orders from our customers, Barb oversees company operations and ensures that the day-to-day happenings at R&R go off without a hitch. Outside of work, Barb volunteers at the local elementary school, is active in her church and gets in lots of quality time with her grand kids.

Bryan joined R&R nearly a decade ago, and has played an integral part in helping to grow the team and expand the business. Bryan has brought fresh perspectives to the business and helped improve processes company-wide to better serve our customers.
